Ryngo is a brand of ESTEFIA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Ryngo”, “we”, “us”), 312 W 2nd St #4770, Casper, WY 82601, USA. Contact for everything in this policy: [email protected].
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who receives it and the choices you have. It covers our websites (ryngo.app and go.ryngo.app), our forms, our phone lines and the Ryngo app. The English version controls; the Spanish version is provided for convenience.
1. The short version
- If you ask us to be contacted about life insurance, we give your request to one licensed life insurance agent, who pays us for it and calls you. Some state laws call this a “sale” of personal information. You can stop the calls and opt out of the sale at any time (section 9).
- If you are an insurance agent who uses Ryngo, we keep your account, license, payment and call information to run the service, charge you and follow the law. We don’t sell agents’ information.
- We don’t ask about your health. We don’t send text messages. We don’t record calls. We don’t use advertising cookies or ad pixels.

6. How we use information
Consumers’ information, to:
- check that your request is real and your number works;
- match you with one licensed agent in your state who speaks your language;
- connect your calls, retry when you don’t answer (within the limits in section 8) and stop when you ask;
- keep proof of your consent and of your stop requests;
- measure the quality of our ads and forms (agents never see which ad you came from);
- prevent fraud and duplicates, and follow the law.
Agents’ information, to:
- create and protect your account and verify your license;
- send you leads, call you with lead alerts and connect your calls;
- charge you, keep your balance and receipts, and send account emails (payment notices, trial reminders, a weekly summary of your own results);
- support you, improve Ryngo, prevent fraud and follow the law.
Leads are assigned by simple rules (state, language, the agent’s balance, working hours and turn in line). We don’t use automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
7. Who receives information
One licensed insurance agent (sale)
When you ask to be contacted, we give your name, phone, email, state, ZIP code (if given), request and language to one licensed life insurance agent, who pays us for it. Each phone number is sold to only one agent. While we look for that agent, the alert call to an agent says only your first name, state and request; full details go only to the agent who accepts. The agent is an independent business. Our Terms require the agent to use your information only to talk to you about the life insurance you asked about, never resell or share it, protect it and honor your requests.
Service providers
They work for us under contract and may use information only to provide their service to us.
| Provider | What it does |
|---|---|
| Twilio | Phone calls, number checks, agent phone verification |
| Stripe | Payments |
| Resend | Email delivery |
| Cloudflare | Content delivery, security, private file storage (license copies and photos), cookieless page analytics |
| Hostinger | Server hosting in the United States |
| Google sign-in for agents who choose it; web fonts |
Others
- Authorities and legal process, when the law requires it, or to protect rights and safety and defend legal claims.
- A buyer or successor, if ESTEFIA LLC or Ryngo is sold, merged or reorganized, under this policy.
We don’t sell or share agents’ or visitors’ personal information. We don’t use advertising cookies, ad pixels or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Categories disclosed in the last 12 months
- Sold (to licensed life insurance agents): identifiers and contact details, location (state, ZIP code), your request and language, call results.
- Disclosed for business purposes (to the service providers above): all categories in sections 3 and 5, only as needed for each service.
- Shared for cross-context behavioral advertising: none.
8. Calls, consent and how to stop them
What you agree to. On our form you check a box agreeing that Ryngo and the one licensed life insurance agent we match you with may call you about life insurance, including with automated technology that selects and dials your number. Before we dial, we show you the agent’s name. Your consent is not a condition of buying anything.
How calls work.
- We call the agent first. We dial you only when the agent is on the line, so you always reach a live person. Your caller ID shows the agent’s own verified mobile number.
- If you don’t answer, we try again: up to 6 times over 3 days, no more than 3 times in any 24 hours, and only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. your local time. The agent’s own calls count toward the 3.
- If voicemail answers, we hang up. We don’t leave recorded messages.
- If you call one of our numbers and no agent is free, we call you back only if you press 1 to ask for it.
- No text messages. No call recording.
- Before we offer a request to an agent, we check the number against the do-not-call lists the law requires.
How to stop the calls. Withdraw your consent any time, in any reasonable way:
- tell the agent or Ryngo on the call (“don’t call me again”), or
- email [email protected] with the phone number, or
- use the form on our Do Not Sell or Share page and choose “Stop calling me”.
We stop Ryngo’s calls right away and tell the agent who has your request to stop within 1 business day. In all cases, calls stop within 10 business days at the latest, as federal rules require. We keep your number on our internal do-not-call list for as long as we operate.
9. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
You can tell us not to sell or share your personal information:
- on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page (a short form);
- by email to [email protected] with the subject “Do not sell”; or
- by turning on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. We treat GPC as a valid opt-out request for that browser. If GPC is on when you use our form, the form tells you and won’t send your request to any agent unless you expressly choose to.
You don’t need an account, and we only ask for what we need to find your information (usually your phone number). We act within 15 business days at the latest.
What it means in practice. Our service is connecting you with an agent. If you opt out before your request goes to an agent, we won’t send it to any agent. If an agent already received it, we stop any further sale and tell that agent about your request so they stop using it.
We don’t sell or share personal information of anyone we know is under 18.
10. Your privacy rights
Wherever you live in the US, you can ask us to:
- know what personal information we have about you, how we use it and who received it, and get a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- opt out of its sale or sharing (section 9);
- appeal if we deny your request.
California residents have these rights under the CCPA. Residents of other states with privacy laws (for example Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Oregon) have similar rights. We give them to everyone.
How to ask. Email [email protected] or use the form on our Do Not Sell or Share page. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and answer within 45 days (we may extend once by 45 more days and will tell you why). To protect you, we verify requests to know, correct or delete by matching the phone number or email you gave us, sometimes with a code. You can use an authorized agent with your signed permission; we may ask you to confirm your identity directly.
Appeals. If we deny your request, we explain why. Reply to that email with the subject “Appeal” and we’ll answer within 45 days. If we deny the appeal, you can contact your state’s attorney general.
No discrimination. We won’t treat you differently for using your rights.
Limits. We may keep some information when the law allows, for example proof of consent and your stop-calling request (so we never call you again), or to defend legal claims.
11. How long we keep information
| Information | How long |
|---|---|
| Consumers’ contact details and request | 5 years after we receive them, then deleted |
| Proof of consent and call records | 5 years after the last call (to answer legal claims) |
| Stop-calling requests | For as long as we operate, so we never call you again |
| Agent account information | While the account is open, then 3 years |
| Agent license copies and photo | While the account is open, then deleted within 1 year |
| Payments, balance and receipts | 7 years (tax and accounting) |
| Security logs | 1 year |
| Server backups | 14 days |
12. How we protect information
Our safeguards include:
- encrypted connections (HTTPS) on our websites and app;
- private storage for license copies and photos, opened only with links that expire in minutes;
- each agent can see only their own leads and data;
- sign-in with one-time codes or links, or with Google, and secure session cookies;
- card data handled by Stripe;
- daily backups.
No system is 100 % secure. If a breach affects your information, we’ll notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
13. Children
Ryngo is not for anyone under 18. Our forms are for adults, who confirm they are 18 or older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn we did, we delete it. If you think a minor gave us information, email [email protected].
14. Cookies and similar technology
- One cookie keeps agents signed in to the app. It’s needed for the app to work.
- Your language and theme are saved on your device.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and page speed as totals. It uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
- No advertising cookies, no ad pixels (including the Meta Pixel) on our websites, form or app.
15. Where information is stored
Our servers are in the United States. Some providers process data in other countries. The people who run Ryngo may access information from Colombia. Wherever it is accessed, we protect it as this policy describes.
16. Changes to this policy
We’ll update the date at the top when we change this policy. If the change is important, we’ll email agents and show a notice on our website before it takes effect.
