Terms of Service
Effective: November 6, 2026 · Last updated: November 6, 2026
These Terms are a contract between you and ESTEFIA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Ryngo (“Ryngo”, “we”, “us”), 312 W 2nd St #4770, Casper, WY 82601, USA. Contact: [email protected].
Please read section 19: it requires individual arbitration of disputes and waives class actions, unless you opt out within 30 days.
1. About these Terms
- These Terms apply to insurance agents who create a Ryngo account, buy leads or use the Ryngo app (“the service”), and to anyone who uses our websites.
- By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you accept for an agency or company, you confirm you can bind it, and “you” includes it.
- Consumers who ask to be contacted about life insurance don’t sign these Terms. Their relationship with us is governed by the consent they gave on our form and our Privacy Policy.
- The English version controls. The Spanish version is provided for convenience.
2. What Ryngo does
Ryngo sells exclusive life insurance leads to licensed insurance agents in the United States and connects them by phone with the consumer.
- “I call”: a consumer fills out our form. We call you with an alert. If you press 1, we charge you for the lead and dial the consumer showing your verified mobile number. If the consumer doesn’t answer, we try again automatically, within legal limits.
- “They call me”: a consumer calls one of our numbers and we ring you. You are charged only if you talk for at least 1 minute 30 seconds.
We are a lead and call-connection service. We are not an insurance agency, carrier or broker. We don’t sell, recommend or compare insurance, and we don’t give insurance, legal or tax advice.
3. Who can use Ryngo
You may use Ryngo only if:
- you are at least 18 and use Ryngo for your business, not for personal or household purposes;
- you hold an active life insurance producer license (resident or non-resident) in good standing;
- you receive leads only in states where you are licensed to sell life insurance, and keep those licenses active; and
- you haven’t been barred from Ryngo or from selling insurance.
License verification. You give us your license number, NPN and licensed states, and may upload a copy of your license. We check them against state or NIPR records before you receive your first lead, and may check again at any time. Tell us right away if a license expires or is suspended or revoked, or if you face disciplinary action. We pause lead delivery in any state where we can’t confirm your license.
4. Your account
- One account, one agent. Don’t share your account or let anyone else take leads with it.
- You sign in with a one-time code or link sent to your email, or with Google. Keep your email and devices secure. You are responsible for activity in your account.
- Keep your information accurate: name, licenses, states, phone numbers and the state where you live.
- Your phone numbers. You may verify up to 3 mobile numbers that belong to you. Your plan includes 1; each extra number costs $5 per month (section 6). You authorize us to show your verified number as the caller ID when we connect you with a consumer. Never verify a number you don’t own or control.
- Calls and emails to you. You agree that Ryngo may call your verified numbers, including automated calls with an artificial or prerecorded voice, to alert you about leads, retries and call results, and may email you about your account. These calls are part of the service. To stop them, stop lead delivery in the app or close your account. Any marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
5. Plan, free trial and renewal
- Plan. Using Ryngo requires a plan: $97 per month, or $1,047.60 per year (10 % off), plus the processing fee if it applies (section 7). The app shows the price before you pay.
- 30-day free trial. Your plan starts with a 30-day free trial when your first lead purchase is approved. At that moment you add a payment card, see how the renewal works and check a box agreeing to it. During the trial you don’t pay for the plan, but you do pay for leads and extra phone numbers. We email you a confirmation when the trial starts and a reminder 3 days before it ends.
- Automatic renewal. When the trial ends, we charge the plan to your default card automatically, and again at the start of each monthly or yearly period, until you cancel. For yearly plans, we email you 30 to 60 days before each renewal.
- Cancel anytime in the app (Profile → My plan). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then. We don’t refund the current period or unused time. If you cancel during the trial, you’re never charged for the plan.
- Changing plans. Monthly to yearly is charged the same day, minus the unused part of the month. Yearly to monthly takes effect at the next renewal.
- Failed payments. If a plan payment fails, your plan is “past due”: you can use the app, but you won’t receive leads until you pay.
- Price changes. We may change prices for future periods. We’ll email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your plan. If you don’t agree, cancel before it applies.
6. Extra phone numbers
Each extra verified number costs $5 per month (or $54 per year), from the day you add it, also during the trial. When you add one, we charge only for the time left until your next plan charge; after that it renews with your plan. Removing a number stops future charges and doesn’t refund the current period.
7. Payments and processing fee
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge the payment methods you save for the plan, extra numbers and lead purchases, including automatic top-ups if you turn them on.
- Processing fee. When you pay with a credit card, we add a processing fee that passes on our card processing cost. It is never more than 3 % of the payment and never more than our cost. There is no processing fee on debit or prepaid cards. We show the fee before you pay (for example, “$97.00 + processing $2.91 = You pay $99.91”) and as a separate line on your receipt. We don’t charge it if the state where you live (as shown in your profile) is California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts or Puerto Rico, or any other place where the law doesn’t allow it. Bank account (ACH) payments carry a fee of 0.8 %, up to $5, also shown before you pay.
- Taxes. Prices don’t include taxes. Where the law requires, we add them and show them before you pay.
- Disputes with your bank. Please contact us first. If you dispute a charge with your bank, we may pause your account until it is resolved.
8. Balance and when a lead is charged
- Prepaid balance. You pay for leads in advance with your Ryngo balance. You top up by whole leads: you choose how many and the app calculates the amount. The app shows the minimum.
- Hold while you decide. When we offer you a lead, we set aside its price from your balance. If you don’t accept, the hold is released.
- When you are charged:
- “I call”: when you press 1 to accept the lead. Retries for that lead are included.
- “They call me”: when you talk with the consumer for 1 minute 30 seconds or more. Shorter calls are free.
- Passing is free. Before you accept, you can pass a lead (press 9 or don’t answer the alert) at no charge. If you don’t answer 3 alerts, the lead goes to another agent and you aren’t charged.
- Prices for each type of lead are shown in the app before you buy and on each charge. A price change never affects charges already made.
- Your balance isn’t cash. It can’t be withdrawn, refunded or transferred, and is used only to buy leads in Ryngo, except as stated in section 15.
9. Leads are final
Once a lead is charged, the charge is final. Ryngo doesn’t refund, replace or credit leads for any reason, including when:
- the consumer doesn’t answer after the 6 attempts we make (“No contact”);
- the consumer isn’t interested, doesn’t qualify or doesn’t buy;
- you mark it as “Bad data” (we use that to improve future leads, but it doesn’t return money);
- the consumer also asked other companies or agents.
That’s why you can pass any lead for free before accepting it.
10. Exclusivity
- One lead, one agent. We sell each lead to only one Ryngo agent. While we look for a buyer, we may offer it to several agents one at a time; only the one who accepts gets it.
- We don’t resell a phone number. Once a consumer’s number is sold to you, we won’t sell a lead with that number to another Ryngo agent. If the same consumer fills out our form again, we tell you at no charge.
- What it doesn’t mean. Exclusivity applies within Ryngo. The consumer may have contacted other companies or agents on their own.
- We decide who receives each lead using our rules (state, language, balance, daily limit, working hours and turn in line). We don’t guarantee any number of leads.
- We don’t tell agents which ad or source a lead came from.
- We don’t offer a lead whose number is on a do-not-call list the law requires us to check, unless the consumer’s consent names you.
11. Your obligations when you contact consumers
You are an independent licensed professional and you are responsible for how you contact and sell to consumers. You must:
- Follow every law that applies to you, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and FCC rules, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, National and state do-not-call rules, the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (Fla. Stat. 501.059) and Florida Telemarketing Act, other states’ telemarketing laws, and state insurance laws on licensing, advertising, unfair trade practices, replacements, suitability, disclosures and privacy.
- Be licensed in the consumer’s state before discussing a policy, and sell only products you are appointed and allowed to sell.
- Be honest. Say your name and that you’re a licensed insurance agent. Never say you work for the government, for Ryngo or for a carrier you don’t represent. Never make false promises about price, coverage or approval.
- Call only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in the consumer’s local time, and no more than 3 calls in any 24 hours, counting Ryngo’s attempts and your own calls together. The app shows how many calls remain today.
- Call by hand from your own phone: no autodialers, no prerecorded or artificial voice, no ringless voicemail.
- No text messages to Ryngo leads. The consent Ryngo collects doesn’t cover texts.
- Never record Ryngo-connected calls. On your own calls, record only with the consent of every person on the call (Florida and other states require everyone’s consent).
- Respect “don’t call me.” If a consumer asks you to stop, stop immediately and mark “Don’t call me again” in the app. If we tell you a consumer asked us to stop, stop within 1 business day.
- Caller ID. Use only numbers you own. Never hide or fake your caller ID.
- Never present Ryngo as an insurance seller, and don’t ask Ryngo to describe products or prices to consumers.
12. Consumer information you receive
We sell you consumer information for a limited and specific purpose: contacting that consumer about the life insurance they asked about. You must:
- use it only for that purpose;
- never resell, share, rent or give it to anyone, including other agents, call centers or lead sellers;
- protect it with at least the level of privacy protection the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws require, plus the insurance privacy rules that apply to you as a licensee;
- delete it when you no longer need it for that purpose or when the law requires;
- honor consumers’ privacy and do-not-call requests, and those we pass on to you;
- tell us within 5 business days if you can no longer meet these duties.
We may take reasonable steps to check that you use consumer information as these Terms require, and to stop and fix any unauthorized use.
13. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use Ryngo for anything illegal, deceptive or harassing;
- try to get a consumer’s details without accepting and paying for the lead, or try to find our ad sources;
- access other agents’ data, scrape, reverse engineer, overload or try to break the service or its security;
- use bots, scripts or someone else’s account to take leads;
- resell the service or use it to build a competing product.
14. Our property
Ryngo, its app, software, designs, texts and brand belong to ESTEFIA LLC. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active and you follow these Terms. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without paying you.
15. Pausing or closing an account
- You can cancel your plan in the app and close your account by emailing [email protected]. Any unused balance isn’t refunded; it stays available for 12 months in case you reactivate your account.
- We may pause or close your account if you break these Terms or the law, your license isn’t valid, a payment is disputed or fails, or we see a risk of fraud or harm to consumers. When we can, we’ll tell you why. If we close your account for any of these reasons, unused balance isn’t refunded.
- If we stop the service, or close your account for any other reason, we refund your unused balance to your payment method. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before stopping the service.
- Sections 9, 11, 12, 14 and 16–22 continue after your account closes.
16. No guarantees
- We don’t guarantee results: not that a consumer will answer, talk, qualify or buy, and not any contact, sales or income rate. Numbers in the app show your own real results, not a promise.
- We check that phone numbers are valid, but we don’t guarantee that what consumers tell us is true or complete.
- The service depends on phone carriers and other providers. Calls may fail, be delayed or be labeled as spam by carriers, and the service may be interrupted.
- To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
17. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- we aren’t liable for lost profits, sales or commissions, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages; and
- our total liability for all claims related to Ryngo is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
18. Indemnity
You will defend ESTEFIA LLC, Ryngo and their owners and staff, and pay any claim, fine, damage or cost (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) against them that comes from your calls, texts or sales to consumers, your breach of these Terms or of the law (including telemarketing, do-not-call, privacy and insurance laws), or your use of consumer information.
19. Disputes: arbitration and class-action waiver
- Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal law, including the Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- Talk to us first. Before starting any claim, email [email protected] describing the problem and give us 30 days to try to solve it.
- Arbitration. If we can’t solve it, any dispute between you and Ryngo about the service or these Terms will be decided by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, before one arbitrator, by video or in Casper, Wyoming. The arbitrator decides questions about whether a dispute must be arbitrated. Each side pays its own attorneys’ fees unless the law or the AAA rules say otherwise.
- Exceptions. Either side may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either side may ask a court for an urgent order to stop misuse of consumer information, of our property or of the service.
- Class-action waiver. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding. If this waiver can’t be enforced for a claim, that claim goes to court, not arbitration.
- 30-day opt-out. You can opt out of this section 19 by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Arbitration opt-out”, your name and your account email, within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Opting out doesn’t affect anything else.
- Courts. Any matter that isn’t arbitrated goes to the state or federal courts in Natrona County, Wyoming, and you and Ryngo accept their jurisdiction.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We’ll change the date at the top and, for important changes, email you at least 30 days before they take effect (sooner only when the law requires a change). If you keep using Ryngo after that date, you accept the new Terms. If you don’t agree, cancel before then. Changes never apply to disputes already started.
21. Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use Ryngo. If something on our websites or app is hard to use with a disability, email [email protected] and we’ll help and fix it.
22. Other terms
- These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the prices shown in the app are the whole agreement between you and us.
- If part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
- Not enforcing a right right away doesn’t waive it.
- You can’t transfer your account or these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a sale, merger or reorganization.
- We aren’t liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier or provider outages, natural disasters or changes in law.
- Notices to you go to your account email. Notices to us go to [email protected].
